We are providing free beginners running groups for ages 16+ that will provide a friendly and no pressure approach to running; perfect for all beginners who are daunted at the thought of starting up.

During the run, we will take people with no running experience and help, inspire and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, whilst actually enjoying what you’re doing and feeling great about yourself afterwards.We provide a friendly approach with loads of chances to stop and get your breath back, before carrying on to the next rest point.

These runs will aim to get all people capable of running confidently with no time at all, and with our club’s great friendly encouraging atmosphere, you’ll actually enjoy it too!

Whilst we will be running these short slow runs for beginners, we will also be providing runs of different lengths for people who have been running for some time already.  Our club caters for EVERYBODY!!
