Qualified Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) under U.K. Athletics
I’ve always enjoyed sports of any kind – football, tennis, badminton, circuit training and got the bug for running in January 2013 when I was training for the Potters Arf. I used to run with a group of friends but they slowly dropped away one by one ,this was when I joined Stoke FIT in October 2017 and it’s the best thing I’ve done to help my running . I became a leader in April 2019 . I can now share my experiences with others and encourage and support them to achieve their goals , if that’s a 5k, 10k, half marathon on road or trail . You don’t have to be the fastest to be a runner just run at your pace with Stoke FIT FRIENDS IN TRAINING
