I always loved running…it was something you could do by yourself, and under your own power. You could go in any direction, fast or slow as you wanted, fighting the wind if you felt like it, seeking out new sights just on the strength of your feet and the courage of your lungs.

If u can’t be bothered to go out for a training run think of someone less fortunate that can’t walk let allone run and what they would do to be in ur position . If u can’t run for urself run for them.

When you are successful you tend to be more optimistic. Success makes you feel more confident and more valuable. Therefore you will present yourself with more confidence and confidence sells. Confidence assures your opponents that you believe in what you do.

Success breeds success.
Successful people associate with successful people.
Successful people learn from successful people.

Success breeds success. Repeat…

Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and farther when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals, and values are in balance.

Another question to ask yourself is if you run the same as you live your life. Are you pushing away from the last step or are you reaching for the next. Alternatively do you just go for broke???
Take from this what you will.
