In our never ending bid for excellence and self improvement, we are embarking on a 90 day challenge, that will hopefully see us achieving awesomeness by the time April is here!

It’s a three-fold challenge, focussing on diet, fitness and lifestyle improvements a little bit at a time with measurable controls to track our progress.
