I decided to join in a running club in January as I had been running for 2 months but spending more time injured than actually running. when I asked on facebook if any one knew of a good one straight away I was directed to stoke f.i.t
, so I decided to give it a go. soon as I made my first nervous run with them I was made to feel like part of the family and they gave me some great advise how to prevent injury. my ability as a runner soon started advancing at a very good pace, but I couldn’t help to notice some thing else was changing . I had started to do more round the house to help out the wife , I also wanted to get out more and go exploring with the family. my life was turning round and for the best and it was all down to the great team work and work ethic that everyone at the club had been teaching me.Now we are a family of runners as my wife has recently joined the club , my son does the park run with me on a Saturday and my 6 year old wants to start running to. So I would just like to thank all at stoke fit for making me a better runner , a better husband , and hopefully a better father.
