As promised I said I would write a post about heart rates, how we understand them, how we work them out, how they are useful when training etc.
I have spent the past 90 minutes writing a post, so it is obviously too big and in depth to post in one go, so I have broken it down in to four posts, and will post one each day. I have tried to explain them in plain English and give abreviations in brackets;over time you will hear these phrases so I have included them to give you a broader knowledge base!
