Hi guys and gals, with the ground conditions being so dangerous, we have taken the decision to cancel Wednesday’s run as we can’t risk anything happening to any body.

We can’t get the gym either like we did on Monday for the indoor running session, so instead we will be holding a Stoke F.I.T. quiz in out HQ the Foxley pub.  The more we get the better it will be!!  Please don’t leave Gregg and I sitting there alone!!
